Refund Policy
Thanks for supporting our little corner of the internet! We always want you to be happy with what you buy, so here’s our simple, no-nonsense refund policy:
Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)
Once a digital book has been downloaded, we can’t offer refunds (it’s the standard rule in publishing). If you have trouble accessing a file, just reach out and we’ll help fix it right away.
Printed Books
If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or something just isn’t right, email us within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund it—your choice.
We may ask for a quick photo so we can report the issue to our printer.
Lost Orders
If your package never shows up, let us know and we’ll track it down or send a replacement.
