Bella Luna Press Affiliate Program — Terms of Use
By registering as an affiliate, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are participating in the Bella Luna Press Affiliate Program as an independent affiliate, not as an employee, agent, or representative of Bella Luna Press.
- Commission eligibility, rates, and approved products may vary by product and by affiliate, and are determined solely by Bella Luna Press.
- Commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded orders that are properly tracked through your unique affiliate link or another approved method.
- You will promote only products explicitly approved for you, and will not make unverified, misleading, or prohibited claims, including health or medical claims.
- You agree to conduct all promotions in a lawful, truthful, and non-deceptive manner, and to comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws (including FTC disclosure requirements where applicable).
- Failure to comply with these terms may result in commission reversal or removal from the affiliate program.
- Bella Luna Press may request tax documentation (W-9 for U.S. persons, W-8BEN for non-U.S. persons) once your commissions exceed applicable reporting thresholds.
- Affiliate commissions are calculated in U.S. dollars. International affiliates are responsible for any payment-provider, currency-conversion, bank-withdrawal, and local tax fees.
- International affiliates are paid primarily via PayPal. Stripe payouts may be available depending on your country of residence and successful account verification; this will be confirmed during onboarding.
